Abstract
The limitations of Skinner Park were glaringly exposed when Pan Trinbago staged the Southern preliminaries of its Pan Fever '76. Thousands of people had to be turned away as the venue was too small. All the top 12 bands made it to the Southern semi-finals which will be held at Skinner Park. The 12 bands are mentioned.
