John Babb reviews Category C finals of the Steelbands' Music Festival held at the Grand Stand, Queen's Park Savannah. Babb states that it was unfortunate that bands had to compete in such an atmosphere as the Savannah crowd proved difficult for Pan Trinbago officials to control and the expanse of the open air space made it difficult to accentuate the expressions of classical music. Results of Category C finals are provided.en_US
