Abstract
White Hall, once a residential mansion named Rosenweg has also been used to house the office of the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago. It was built in 1904 by Joseph Leon Agostini, a cocoa planter, at the time when cocoa was one of Trinidad's main exports and revenue earners.
