2. A high level CARICOM team is scheduled to travel to Haiti to oversee elections in November. Prime Minister of St. Vincent Sir James Mitchell will head the team. In response, the National Coalition for Haitian Rights, a New York/Haiti based group is pressing for postponement of the elections citing violence and political instability.
