dc.description.abstract Members of Tobago-based conventional steelband Katzenjammers were happy with their performance during Panorama semi-finals, despite not making it to the finals. Katzenjammers filed an injunction against Pan Trinbago, contending that there were irregularities and discrepancies in the preliminary judging. Tobago High Court ruled that the band should play in the semi-finals. en_US
