Abstract
This editorial advises that everyone, nationals and visitors should just enjoy the atmosphere as Trinidad and Tobago celebrates two days of its annual Carnival festival. It also congratulates Phase II and its arranger Len "Boogsie" Sharpe, for the outstanding performance at the Panorama finals. The rivalry among steelbands and arrangers have seen the instrument and its musical range grown by leaps and bounds.
