Terry Joseph reviews the Pan Jazz VII Festival. Joseph claimed that while opening night of Pan Jazz VII there were no more than 1,000 faithful fans at the Spektakula Forum, the final act suffered from major attrition resulting in no more than three or four hundred people being present for the final note. |
