dc.description.abstract Pan Trinbago's new president, Mr. Louis Patrick Arnold has been shot into the limelight having beaten former President Owen Serrette and other hopefuls. Better known as Patrick (his middle name), 57 year old Arnold has been involved with the steelband since his pre-teen days. Arnold intends to discuss Panorama, the problem of sourcing of drums to make pans and getting the pan-in-school programme restarted. en_US
