Abstract
A look at the recent developments in steelpan music and improvement of the skills of the pannists. The WITCO Desperadoes will be performing at prestigious Carnegie Hall, New York and there is the introduction of a music reading course for pannists at the Creative Arts Centre at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
