National Secretaries Association (NSA) Vibrations Steel Orchestra plans to celebrate its 20th anniversary in style. The NSA Vibration was founded in 1979 by a group of professional secretaries who had the desire to learn the rudiments of pan playing. The band comprises members of the National Secretaries Association and has evolved into a competent unit catering to small intimate gatherings and social functions. |
