Title: Dock and Landing, Barbados

Abstract: Sail ships with tall masts and other sailing vessels line the water front of the docks in Bridgetown Barbados. The dock is busy with people. Some are well dressed in hat and suit. The panoramic scene was taken with a warehouse in the background. Written on the facing of the stationary card “Sent with five others from a friend of your father’s 29 July 1904”. On the reverse is the address of “Miss Muriel [Teirfgera?], C/o Mrs. Mc Gregor, Inverleith Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland (Postmark 1904) and a small red one penny stamp.
