This postcard features the electric tram car which ran alongside the Pitch Walk, between the sidewalk and the green grass of the Queen's Park Savannah. The postcard is postmarked 1907 and is addressed to Miss Pinny of Wiscosin,U.S.A.. Also affixed to the card is a one penny postage stamp.
Botanic Garden, Grenada

A roadway lined with tall palms trees dissecting Grenada's Botanic Garden. The postmark on the postcard is dated February 18th, 1907. Addressed to Mrs. Pheobe Saxby, Ontario Co., New York.
Cocorite with tramway, Trinidad

Around 1879 a tramway was set up in Port of Spain. Trams ran on tracks on the street. There was a red tram and a blue tram. This photograph displays the red tram which travelled to Cocorite. The street is lined with mostly coconut palms. There is a vintage car almost alongside the red tram. Three people are walking in the street. The one most visible is wearing a long white robe, with long sleeves. What appears to be a small hut can be seen among the bushes at the right of the photograph.

Convict Depot - Carrera Isle - Trinidad

The postcard shows Carrera Island, referred to as Convict Depot because during the 1800s prisoners were carried to the island to quarry limestone for road building. In 1877, a prison was constructed, today the island remains a prison island.
