Reorganization is also crucial to the maintenance of the integrity of CARICOM agricultural institutions as centres of innovative thought, scholarship, and outreach in agriculture, conducting appropriate research, training, and extension programmes, respectively, with outputs of trained manpower, new technologies, and improved agricultural practices, for Caribbean development
