    Report of Conference on Teacher Education in the Eastern Caribbean held at St. Vincent, April 3-5, 1967

    This report of the third in a series of standing conferences on teacher education summarizes the discussions at each session, and provides the text of some of the papers presented at the conference. Topics covered in the business sessions included: 1) accreditation of teachers’ colleges, 2) the development of appropriate curriculum materials, 3) teacher education and the supply of teachers, and 4) the continuing role of the Institute of Education in meeting territorial needs.
