    In the British Virgin Islands, Chief Minister Lavity Stoutt's party will again form the government after wooing the support of an independent. The UK-based charity organization Oxfam has confirmed that children in the Dominican Republic agricultural sector have been working with banned pesticides. Oxfam Regional Representative Josefina Stubbs responds to why this practice has been allowed to continue.
