    Britain is to write off Guyana’s total debt – correspondent Sharif Khan interviews British Overseas Minister - Mark Lennox-Boyd about the debt relief package and Britain’s plans to relieve Guyana’s debt burden, as he attended a series of meetings in Guyana. A Caribbean Development Bank report on the future of the banana industry is to recommend that producers seek the quality end of the market. Trinidadian international relations expert - Dr. Anthony Gonzales is interviewed by Debbie Ransome about his analysis and recommendations on the banana trade and industry in the Caribbean region. Cuba is being hit by an epidemic of a disease (optic neuritis) that causes blindness, due to a deficiency of Vitamin B in people’s diets. The disease was initially detected in children.
