    Students Flock to Virginia For Steelpan Festival

    Hundreds of pan students will attend the 11th annual PANorama Caribbean Music Festival to be held at Oceanfront Park and Virginia Beach Convention Centre, Virginia Beach, Virginia in the second weekend in May. This event is co-sponsored by the Virginia Arts Festival and Beach events and is hosted by the Virginia Rhythm Project. This festival is a must-attend event for steelbands and a major draw for primary and secondary school pan sides in the eastern part of the US.
