    This report looks at child abuse. It notes that the Committee to examine the entire existing Family Services delivery system in Trinidad and Tobago was appointed by Cabinet on the 22nd April 1987 and held a series of meetings which not only examined the particular needs of the special Family Services areas represented by members but created for the most part, an environment for shared commitment, learning and support which are the necessary prerequisites of effective networking among Family Service Agencies at the national and community levels.
