    The Attorney Generals from CARICOM prepare for a meeting in Jamaica and the issue of the Caribbean Court of Appeal looms large. Barbados Attorney General David Simmons speaks on the intensified efforts to establish the regional court. Britain's Royal Navy launches its latest plan to recruit more ethnic minorities to its ranks. Fiaz Khan of the Ethnic Minority Enterprise Centre acknowledges the problems of discrimination. British Nuclear Fuels Ltd (BNFL) and a French company are responsible for the shipment of nuclear wastes through the Caribbean.
