    TCL Group Skiffle Bunch Band leader Junia Regrello expresses the band’s dissatisfaction with the awarding of prize money after their first place win at the 2000 World Steelband Festival. Regrello stated that it took the band six months to receive their prize money from the Ministry of Culture. The World Steelband Festival was the first major victory for the band which placed third at the 1998 National Music Festival to qualify for the festival.
