The University Office of Planning and Development (UOPD) has university-wide primary responsibility for coordinating the preparation, implementation, monitoring and assessment of the University's Strategic Plan. It also coordinates efficiency studies and prepares productivity and surveillance reports to inform operational and strategic planning efforts and assists in designing, monitoring and evaluating the University's major development plans and programmes.
The UOPD collection includes papers, reports and presentations prepared by the office. It also contains a number of reports and papers about the university and other relevant resources to support the key functions of the office planning, institutional research and development.
