The Minerva Review

The Minerva Review is a quarterly literary magazine, which was produced by the Minerva Club. The Minerva Club was founded in 1940. The constitution of the Club, dated 25 April 1941, states that it was established “to stimulate interest in literary matters and to develop character comradeship and citizenship”. The inaugural issue of the Minerva Review appeared in April 1941 and the persons on the editorial board of this issue were Dennis Jules Mahabir (patron of the Minerva club), Lionel A Seemungal, Silochan B. Dolsingh and Winston J. Mahabir.
