The proposed Caricom Multi-lateral Air Services Agreement with Britain is in jeopardy as St. Lucia and Trinidad sign a tri-lateral agreement with the UK covering air services to and from England. This was an unexpected course of events for Philip Greaves, Barbados Aviation Minister, who was under the impression that there was a united Caricom front which fully supported Barbados’ objections to the agreement in its proposed form.
