There are many stores and shops located on both sides of the street. Persons are seen walking along the street whilst others are travelling in donkey carts plying their trade outside of the shop doors. Most of the men are dressed in long pants and shirts and wearing hats; the women are wearing long dresses with aprons. The buildings appear to be joined together. The roofs are made of wooden shingle structures and the windows are made of wooden shutters. One of the stores which stand out is the one which sells ice, number 30. The other stores are also numbered (most visible is number 34). B. Series of 24. No. 2 W. G. Cooper, Copyright This is a divided back postcard.
