It also reviews the development of a framework for the associate degree in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS): Antigua and Barbuda, The British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In addition, some important initiatives that should contribute to the long-term viability of the associate degree in the sub-region are identified and examined.
