Comments by a senior Trinidad and Tobago judge - Justice Lennox Deyalsingh, has stirred a philosophical debate in the country over democracy and the constitution. His comments coincided with recent protest action mounted by trade unions over a pay dispute with the government. The Caribbean Tourism Organization and the European Commission have embarked on a three year 12 million project to develop the region’s tourism industry.
