Schools were thrown into confusion as there were no plans, there were few teachers with skills to immediately pivot to online instruction, and there was general fear about the virus itself. It looks at the process from panic to online teaching and learning success. The Mission of ISOC states that “The Internet Society supports and promotes the development of the Internet as a global technical infrastructure, a resource to enrich people’s lives, and a force for good in society”.
