The modules within this training course are designed to meet the pedagogical needs for the four levels of technical and vocational teachers in the Caribbean, identified as teachers of: 1) pre-vocational courses in secondary schools, 2) apprentice and vocational area courses, 3) diploma and technical level courses, and 4) degree level professional courses. The document is arranged in modular form to allow for each topic to be studied independently of others and to fill specified gaps in participants’ knowledge.
