The village street is lined with small, wooden and concrete, town houses, adorned by beautiful fret-work and louvered windows, on the left of the street and barrack-type huts with galvanized sides, on the right. There are a variety of trees, including a few palms, jutting up between the houses. A mountain can be seen in the distance.enPlease contact the Main Library, The University of the West Indies for permission to use the digitized images. wimail@sta.uwi.eduTrinidad and TobagoPostcardsDwellingsMenPalmsWomenVillages[Village life]Image
