He told correspondent Fiona McCormick that the debate is also to celebrate the victory for Caribbean bananas in the new European Single Market. Eastern Caribbean Private Sector officials are planning a structure for their own organization, it is one of the issues being discussed at their first conference in Dominica. The conference is being chaired by Sheraton Gregoire – VP for the OECS in the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce.
