This new composite-value added method complements the more traditional method of evaluation used by the National Education Inspectorate (NEI). It is based on the results of the value-added modeling procedure conducted by a team of statistics experts at the Inter-American Development Bank for the Jamaican Education Transformation Commission, 2021. The model used data on all results of the GSAT, GNAT, CSEC and CAPE exams for the 18-year period 2001-2018.en-USsecondary schoolstudent performanceThe Evaluation of Secondary Schools in Jamaica A Value-Added ApproachOther
