Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Basdeo Panday fears that his economy is vulnerable to yesterday's United States bombing attack. Tony Fraser reports on the general reaction in Trinidad and Tobago to yesterday's attack. Across the Caribbean, American flags have been lowered at half mass, condolence books opened and in some quarters flowers have been placed at the doors of US Embassies.
