Hugh Crosskill interviews Randolph Toussaint on the report prepared by a British investigation company outlining Mr. Toussaint’s wrongful involvement in the attempted purchase of the Tropic Breeze Hotel by a British national (00:45-07:28)
3. Haitian government officials and the IMF continue talks on Monday on the terms of a loan of $21 million being sought by the Aristide government. Michael Norton reports that the IMP is attaching tough conditions on the loan (07:29-09:20)

5. Turks and Caicos’ new Chief Minister, Washington Misick, intends to make investments to his country a priority of his administration. Mr. Misick is currently negotiating a five-year programme with the British and plans to make the islands financially independent after five years (11:56-13:35)
6. West Indies captain, Vivian Richards, does not totally support the readmission of South Africa to the ICC and states that the time is not right for renewed sporting contact with South Africa (13:36-14:32)
7. The cricket match between the West Indies and Glamorgan ends in a draw (14:33-14:51)
