dc.description.abstract As the steelband movement faces challenges in Trinidad and Tobago, Pan Trinbago's main objective should be becoming an organization that is in full control and successfully managing the business of pan. To deal with these challenges, Pan Trinbago should seriously consider adopting the model of a successful organization such as FIFA (The International Federation of Association Football). en_US
