As the climax of the 1996 Panorama competition is scheduled to take place, one of the numerous contentious issues emerging out of the 33 years of keen rivalry, the arranger frenzy continues to be one of the most topical. Engineer Carl "Beaver" Henderson states that arrangers are being overworked because there is a shortage of arrangers.
