dc.description.abstract Arnim Smith, President of Pan Trinbago angrily resigned the post after legal letters were presented by at least four bands who demanded that they be included in the Nationals semi-finals of the 1984 Panorama; the finals of the pan round-the-neck competition or the national semi-finals be postponed, among other claims. As a result of these letters, Pan Trinbago has summoned an emergency meeting for all steelband executives to come to a resolution. en_US
