dc.description.abstract Organisers of the Pan Management Workshop are pleased with the response to the educational components of this year’s Laventille Steelband Festival. The workshop takes place at the Angostura Glass Room and will be opened by Culture Minister Ganga Singh. The workshop will address issues concerning administration, public relations, financial management, the organisation structure and management of steelbands. en_US
