    "An Education System in Transition: Crisis or Catalyst?"

    This report documents the culmination of a two-year experience of the first cohort of the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership offered by the School of Education, The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine. A symposium was chosen as the mechanism for sharing some of the practical experiences of the participants in the programme.
