    This document summarizes Project Concern which consisted of the following elements: (1) a follow-up study of senior comprehensive graduates; (2) a survey of on-the-job training (OJT) completers, dropouts, and no-shows; (3) A survey of OJT cooperating employers. For each element of the project, it details the findings and makes recommendations.
