In St. Lucia, public servants returned to work after being embroiled in a dispute with the government over issues of remuneration. The government of Trinidad and Tobago, through the Attorney General has filed a motion of no confidence in the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ms. Occah Seepaul. However, Ms. Seepaul has no intention of abiding with the government's wish for her to leave office. Chairman Reg Taylor, Derbyshire County Cricket Club is urging the Cricketers' Association to take legal action over a magazine article.
