The disputes over the results of the Panorama have remained in the realm of words. Phase II Pan Groove, an unsponsored outfit has won through their own efforts and the ability of arranger Len "Boogsie" Sharpe. Sharpe became the first man in steelband history to win the Panorama competition with his own composition.en_US
