| Title: | Queen’s Park Savannah. Trinidad. B.W.I. |
| Abstract: | Here is an old photograph of the Queen’s Park Savannah, when Trinidad was under British rule. Here we see a man standing looking on at his animals grazing in the Savannah. One of the first uses of the Savannah was for public pasture. After emancipation, the public was given permission to graze cattle on the land. In the mid-ground of this photograph is a house and trees, including palms and a section of the Northern Range looms large in the background. |
