Abstract
Reigning Steelband Music Festival champion, Witco Desperados, while on tour in New York City, will perform with cabaret singer Liza Minnelli in Carnegie Hall. Despers also has engagements at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem, the Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
