2. It is day three of the Caricom Heads of Government Meeting. On the agenda there are plans for a ministerial debate on Montserrat, Deputy Chief Minister of Montserrat, Adelina Tuitt is expected to address the conference to brief ministers on what is happening in Montserrat and what help the region and individual states are prepared to make to help the island.
