In an interview, Nicholas Brathwaite stated that CARICOM countries should move together on the issue of NAFTA. In Trinidad, Tony Fraser at a regional conference on Narco-trafficking reported on the decriminalization of drugs as a means of taking the profit out of the drug trade. Lew Smith reports on Grenada's implementation of the second stage of the Common External Tariff (CET) by July 1st.
