2. Haiti’s Former Provisional President, Madame Ertha Pascal-Trouillot, has been arrested and jailed. She has been charged with complicity following last January’s attempted coup d'état by Roger La Fontant. Michael Norton provides a report on the issues surrounding Madame Pascal-Trouillot’s arrest. 3. Desmond Hoyte, President of Guyana has brushed aside the Opposition demands for a complete overhaul of the country’s Electoral Commission Chairman, Sir Harold Bollers. There has been claims of alleged electoral malpractice in Guyana over the years and Dr. Fenton Ramsahoye gives some insights into this. He fears that suspicions are still being cast and the government must ensure that there is transparency in the electoral process (06:07 - 12:14)

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) government has reacted angrily to a decision made by the British government to abolish the death penalty in Caribbean dependencies and to replace it with life imprisonment. This decision to put an end on capital punishment came without any warning or consultation with BVI officials (12:15 – 14:23)
5. Nigel Ben, former British WBA middleweight champion with Barbadian parents, had a successful win against Robbie Simms at a recent boxing match. He is hoping to gain another world title shot (14:24 – 15:04)
