Abstract: In Britain, some eight million plastic noses are sold to raise money for the charity “Comic Relief”. During the bid for this fund raising event, a group of students from King’s College, London set up a stall outside Bush House selling samples of what they say is the world’s biggest cocktail, some 1350 liters of Caribbean rum, orange juice and brandy. Ben Johnson’s coach, Charlie Francis wraps up his testimony at the Canadian enquiry into drug use in amateur sports. The report concludes with headlines in the British Press over the past week that is of interest to the Caribbean.
