Roth called on the U.S. to continue the suspension of aid to Haiti until the Haitian government shows respect for human rights and agrees to hold free and fair elections (00:43-03:32)
3. The U.S. Immigration Service successful court battle to control the flood of migrants by holding them in camps while their applications were processed.
