This photograph shows Sir Hugh Wooding as he greets distinguished guest during a graduation ceremony held at the St. Augustine Campus, UWI. Sir Hugh was an illustrious jurist and a key architect in the process of constitution reform in Trinidad and Tobago. In 1971, Sir Wooding went on to become Chancellor of the University of the West Indies. |
